About the Founder

Based in Redmond, Washington, our team brings decades of experience in medical rehabilitation, fitness training, fitness equipment sales and marketing, and international distribution.

 Leo Novsky, CEO and Chief Product Officer: Leo is the founder of Fitness Arch, Inc and the inventor of the Fitness Arch products. His background includes more than 12 years in rehabilitation and fitness training and five years in sales and marketing in the retirement industry. Leo received a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from the University of Dallas, a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from The University of Chicago, and medical training from Northwestern Medical School. Leo's expertise is in fitness, innovation and clinical testing.
